What's New

SQL Delta continues to evolve through customer feedback, compatibility work and broader platform support. New features arrive through ongoing maintenance releases and major version updates rather than on a fixed monthly schedule.

That approach lets us focus on meaningful improvements to comparison accuracy, deployment scripting and usability without forcing changes into an artificial calendar window.

Version 7 of SQL Delta for SQL Server

Version 7 is a major step forward for SQL Delta for SQL Server, including a 64-bit application, refreshed theme support and a stronger foundation for modern SQL Server environments.

The Version 7 line supports SQL Server 2025 as well as SQL Server 2022 and Azure SQL variants, giving teams a clearer upgrade path as newer platform features and deployment targets are introduced.

It also adds theme support with automatic dark mode selection during setup, while continuing to improve day-to-day comparison workflows, scripting reliability and larger project usability.
