Lost Registration Request

The registered user's email address is the original email address we sent the registration code and account information.

If the information is lost or email account unavailable you can request to change the registered user by providing some identification information.

We manually verify this information and the process may take a few days.

This will be the new registered email address. You can leave it blank if the new email is your email address.
Please provide ideally your registration code or original order number or without those then the original registered user's email address.
If you have other information or comments please provide above. Even if we can locate the details we still need to manually verify the information prior to changing the registered user. Your email address domain should be the same as the original registered user.
